FAST RESULT:  2 Months – $250,000 Settlement for Head-On Collision

A 39-year-old man from Madison, Illinois was driving in Granite City when a 17-year-old driver tried to make a left turn without yielding to oncoming traffic and ran head-on into the man’s vehicle.  The impact of the collision caused fractures to the man’s spine and right shoulder.  He was taken by ambulance to St. Louis University Hospital where he had surgeries on both his spine and shoulder, followed by several months at the hospital and a rehab facility recovering from his injuries.
