Sauter Sullivan obtained a $250,000 settlement for a client who suffered from a concussion after getting hit in a parking lot accident.

$125,000 Settlement

Client rear-ended by a commercial vehicle.  Sauter Sullivan was able to obtain this settlement within 90 days of the accident.  Client sustained a neck injury, which resolved. Client did not have any type of surgery.

Sauter Sullivan obtained settlements totaling $500,000 for an automobile accident that occurred in St. Louis City.  Client injured her neck and needed extended pain management, including injection and ablation procedures.  Sauter Sullivan obtained a $100,000 settlement from the at fault insurance carrier and a $400,000 settlement from the insurance company who provided underinsured motorist coverage.
