$610,000 Settlement for Minor

Matthew J. Sauter of Sauter Sullivan LLC represented a minor who was badly injured in an automobile accident. Sauter Sullivan sued both drivers involved in the accident on behalf of their client and were able to obtain a settlement which was greater than the policy limits of both drivers’ insurance policies. The minor child represented by Sauter Sullivan will now receive monthly payments for the remainder of her lifetime.
