$350,000 Settlement

Sauter Sullivan was able to obtain a $350,000 settlement which consisted of $100,000 from the at fault party and a policy limits settlement of $250,000 from the underinsured motorist insurance carrier.  The client who had the motor vehicle accident needed neck surgery.
