$25,000 for Boeing Employee Who Suffered Job-Related Carpal Tunnel

A Boeing employee who performed repetitive motion activities on-the-job developed Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both of her hands.  Matthew Sauter, a partner at the Sauter Sullivan law firm, accepted her case and filed a Workers’ Compensation claim on her behalf.  Matt went to bat for his client and fought to ensure she received the medical treatment she needed, and soon thereafter he negotiated a settlement of over $25,000 for his client.
